Educational Seminar – We are excited to announce that Rich Labriola, Chief Dough Boy and owner of Labriola will be our speaker. Rich will share how bread helped to make the café a success and how the café is driving new product development.
Labriola Bakery is located in suburban Alsip and has been selling to restaurants and hotels for years. Labriola Bakery and Café, a fast casual concept, has been opened for just over a year and is “the place” to purchase freshly baked bread and pastries. Or, order a freshly baked pizza prepared in the large wood burning brick oven and eat in the beautiful café. Sandwiches, salads, soups, entrées and luscious desserts are also available.
Networking and nibbleswill follow the seminar.
